Claims made without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
2)Products that have been opened or used are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

1)The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
2)You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
3)Our team will review and approve your request before any replacement or refund is processed.
4)Refunds are only applicable for products with confirmed quality or shipping issues.
